CONCEPT + DESIGN STRATEGY
During an intensive brainstorming session, we focused on the idea of "scars" in the context of the street. This led to the concept of visualizing these "scars" as cracks in a city street. Drawing further inspiration from Kintsugi, the Japanese art form that treats breakage and repair as part of an object's history, we decided to illustrate a street filled with cracks that have been mended with gold.
